REFUND POLICY

At Wisdom of the Woods, each session is a unique, hands-on and energetic experience created with care and intention. Because of the deeply personal and time-based nature of bodywork and energy healing, refunds are not offered once a session has been completed.

We understand that at times a session may not meet expectations. In those cases, we welcome an open conversation so we can understand your experience. When appropriate, we may offer a follow-up session or service credit as a gesture of good faith to support your continued healing journey.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the appointment. Sessions canceled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
