Welcome to Wisdom of the Woods Myofascial Release & Massage. By booking or receiving a session with us, you agree to the following terms.

Services
Our offerings include Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Therapeutic Massage, and other integrative body-work sessions. Each session is tailored to your needs.

Booking & Cancellation
You may book sessions through our website or by phone. Payment is required at time after services are rendered (or as specified). If you must cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee (see Refund Policy).

Health & Intake
Prior to your first session, you will be asked to complete our Client Health & Intake Form. You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information about your health and for notifying us of changes. You agree to participate in the development of a safe session plan.

Scope & Limitations
Our services are therapeutic body-work; they are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. If you have serious medical or mental health conditions you agree to consult with your physician before receiving service.

Professional Conduct & Boundaries
You agree to respect professional boundaries and follow our guidelines concerning modesty, comfort, and session flow. Unprofessional conduct may result in termination of the session without refund.

Payment
Fees for sessions are as listed at the time of booking. We accept credit card and cash payments. Non-payment may result in cessation of services until payment is made.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to any session. Please inform us immediately if you experience discomfort or adverse effects during or after a session.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the new version on our website with an updated date.
